A model answers a question. A system completes a unit of work, which is a different thing: it has to be attributable, performed under an authority, bounded, and recorded.
NEO System Intelligence is the layer that supplies those four properties. It decides what the work is made of, which executor performs each part, what may be invoked and with what permission, what is brought into scope, whether the result is acceptable when judged by something that did not produce it, what persists, what supports each claim, and who authorised the consequential steps.

From Model Intelligence to System Intelligence
A distinction that matters
NEO System Intelligence is this layer. NEO Intelligence is the intelligence and investigation vertical, covering open-source intelligence, blockchain intelligence, anti-money-laundering and risk intelligence, cyber intelligence and due diligence. The names are one word apart and they are different things. This page is about the layer.
