NEO AI Research Program

Research

The public research corpus: claim-classed argument, a published capability register, a controlled vocabulary and a permanent identifier for every publication.

EN This publication is published in English only. Site navigation is available in 18 languages.

The library

The apparatus

Every route in this corpus and every glossary term is also reachable from one search field. The index is a static file and the search runs in the browser; the page is not indexed and is not in the sitemap, because a result list is not a page.

What a reader is entitled to expect

Every material statement in this corpus carries a claim class: [E] established, with an external primary source; [A] architectural interpretation; [D] design intent, carrying a capability status; [O] open problem. Capability statuses resolve from the published register at build time and are never typed into a page.

Nothing in this corpus describes a deployed system unless its capability status says so. The Program publishes no benchmark, holds no reproducible comparison against any other system, and claims none.

How to cite

Use the publication identifier and version, and the permanent route:

NEO-AI-P-007 v1.0 — https://neoai.myneogroup.com/id/NEO-AI-P-007

An identifier is issued once and never reissued, including after retraction or merge. A retired identifier resolves to a tombstone naming its successors; it never 404s.

The state of the corpus

6 publications are approved and published. The remainder are registered, drafted or held, and the publication register says which is which for every allocated identifier. A title that appears in the register and not in the library has not been written yet, and the register says so rather than leaving the reader to infer it.
